If you’ve been waiting for a reason to get on the mic, this is it. Grey’s Coffee Lounge & Bar is launching a monthly Singing Karaoke Contest, starting Monday, 12 January 2026, and happening every second Monday of the month.
There’s prize money on the line, a proper crowd, and a real opportunity behind it too: “Turn your talent into a career – unlock your chance to work with us.”

When it happens
The contest runs every second Monday of the month, starting 12 January 2026. Registration is on the day, from 5.00pm to 6.30pm.

We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can arrive early, settle in, grab a coffee or a drink, and get comfortable before you sing.
Who can join
To keep it fair and focused on rising talent, the contest is open to:
- Contestants aged 18 years old and above
- Contestants who are not engaged in full-time professional work
- Anyone who can register within the 5.00pm–6.30pm registration window
There is no entrance fee.

Turning up and signing up is straightforward.

- Register between 5.00pm and 6.30pm
- Once registered, you’ll be guided through what happens next for the night (set-up, order, and your performance slot)
